Okay so not worth it thank you. Going to hopefully get a fpr tomorrow ill have a look at some write ups here to find out where the fpr on a l67 is and how to replace hopefully sorts out problem then i can concentrate on other things. Thank you to everyone for the help much appriciated

Okay ill start by changing the fuel reg and see how it goes from there. Can we install a rising rate fuel reg ones with a gauge thats on it already to our l67's ? And if so is there a write up been searching nothing came up.

If I was to change the springs would it affect anything else as in put tension on anything ? I might go the mace rollers in the sense of not having to change springs. And there pretty cheap from the US. Later down the track if I've still got the rig I'll go the Yella terra rockers along with springs

I guess it's a at your own risk thing. Obviously I'd love to get the whole lot done properly but it's a cost thing aswell. I might have to go the mace 1.9 rockers cause they claim there's to be harmonically balanced to stock specs which wouldn't need to change springs

Okay I was hoping not to change springs, retainers and seals aha. As adds to cost. Is changing the valve springs highly recommended or can go without. And I've heard the Yella terra rocker bolts are re usable not like the mace one which are torque to yield ones ?

Hey there. I've found a set of second hand barely used rockers. They are Yella terra 1.95 ratio part number yt6662. For my vs l67 Now are these rockers ultra high ratio ? And do they create valve float ? Is there anything I should be aware as in valve springs ? Need advice as soon as possible

Okay so take harness off and keep spacer plate on. Do I keep spacer plate on valve body so it keeps the check balls in place as I'm taking valve body out of trans. And I'm guessing I need the shift kitted spacer plate and can't use my stock one ?

I don't know how the MPS shift kits are but I guess if it's $250 give or take for parts alone plus service. paying the $150 for labour and the head ache will be worth it

That's true would of helped everyone out a lot sorry for that. It's a vs Calais l67 on 10pound and that would be great mate seen heaps on eBay but wasn't to sure didn't want to order wrong one. And are they after market or can they be found on some Commodores ?

I know the mace box has the hole for the stock air sensor but was just asking to see if the threaded sensor can be used instead as the retainer clip is a once off use clip. I've had to break mine off the stock box so sensor is taped on for now. But might have to look at a parts catalogue to see...
