Found an old 8gb USB 2.0 and formatted it with MBR fat32. Works great

Okay got it working. Reinstalled everything from scratch and downloaded the latest vx manager. What format does the USB have to be in? It’s not recognising it

Yeah I’m on windows 10 and gds2 has no problems whatsoever.

Any idea on what it could be and recommendations, should I try running it in a VM? Do you have a VMimage I could use if you do it in one?

In the 8 step process what light do you start programming on. Currently it’s on the 4th light lit up and last time I tried on the 8th light lit up.

Clicking ecu data presents the same error.

I just stuck it on the parts that connect to the battery in the boot. I might try in thr front bonnet terminals to see if I get a different voltage

Yeah I saw that and my voltage according to the dash cluster is 12.4v. I got that battery charger the other guy is using and using a vxdiag with windows 10. Still no luck... GDS2 works fine

I get this error when clicking Radio with USB copy selected. USB is fat32

I had a heap of problems trying to use the VXDiag with a laptop. I tried windows 7 and eventually got GDS2 to run and hookup to my car but could never get SPS programming to work (I paid the $55). Is there a specific build of windows 7 that you guys use and/or what laptop?

Found some SS mufflers and installed them myself, was just a bolt on. Pretty simple install besides the rubber gromet holding them in place being a hassle to pull them out of. Sounds better than stock and would recommend for anyone who doesn't want an "over the top" loud SV6 that squels.

How would I know that they’re AFM if it’s a VF, I am struggling to find out and know which are AFM. And anyone know where to buy?

okay I’m probably looking at finding an AFM SS muffler. Will the VE ones be the exact same as the VF?

Yeah I want to have cats and keep genuine mufflers. Hence the reason for wanting SS ones
