ive got lpg dual system on my VY aswell.. but mine doesnt do this?

yeah coilpacks are expensive... for the VT they were $50 each so $150 but ive heard more then often it is one of these, plugs, leads or coilpacks

Okay so im looking at this 2003 VY II its got 180XXX klms, in the ad it says "limited edition - computerised factory LPG dual fuel", umm mag wheels, bodykit, fog lights all that jazz anyway umm he's asking for $9,999 .... just wondering if this was a good price or if i should be loooking...

my old VT commo did the same.... check your plugs & leads.. then coil packs first off

waste of time buying as ss induction kit... infact they reduce the amount of air force... hence they are nicknamed commonly ss REDUCTION kits... do a search up on the forum thers somethign called a "2 hole mod" that heaps of people have done.. ther is a how to section it should be in there...

i got 18's on mine.. but mines not lowered but i know for a fact king SL's sit perfect with my mates 19's on his vt so i assume 18's wud fit :)

my vt only has 135k on the clock.. but if the car is well looked after and serviced regularly the 3.8 motor last FOREVER like seriously my mate had one done around 400k didnt miss a beat... i think average mileage when buying is around 180-200k second hand mark anyway

my T/C light doesnt even come on when i press the button.. its stuffed aye

mine does the same.. changed leads and plugs didnt help, checked coil packs didnt help, ended up gettin it on the diagnostic tool and found out my abs + trac cont. module wasnt functioning properly was told this wud fix the problem so i got it done paid like $1,500 didnt even fix it still does...

pretty sure u can buy a little LED clock from like supercheap or them sorta places... on the back they hav a strip of double sided tape and u jus clean the surface ur going to put it on then stick it wherever u wish.... and yeah u can press a button and it lights up blue or wateva tahts wat...

my trac control does the opposite wont light up when i press the button or anything.. but my car jus dies (same as urs) when the wheels go to spin i really wanna fix it :(

anyone know if this is an easy job? to get behind the cluster and all that check the bulb??

hmmm when i press my trac control button nothing comes up on my dash either.... but when my wheels start to spin "low trac" illuminates and starts flashing in orange.. but everytime i press the button on or off no trac on or trac off light comes on.. it really sh**s me off ayeee i wanan know...

ahh yeah that could explain it... it hadnt been driven sinccceee well yeah last week.. but that arvo before i was vacuumin it and stuff and reversed it outta the garage then back in but it was only for a few seconds really but it didnt do it thenn.. i dunno but cheers man

this morning it was still dark and coldddd and dad was gunna drive me into work so we took myy commo hit the ignition soon as the car started, the car started like pretty violently shaking and idling REALLY rough... i was like wtf dad turn it off so he did hit the ign. again it did it...

well ive also asked this question on BRISBANE COMMODORE CAR CLUB... and they have a few members that work at a holden dealership and they seem to say that holden dont stock em? CAI that is... :(

well first thing they aske me was how many k's was on teh car and i said 135k and they said u might get away with it u might not.. all VT's are different they said ther's no way of telling if ill need all that sstuff without pullin my front end off

ahh eyah sorry ahah i quoted wronnnnnng... i dunno i just asked how much to get my car lowered at the shop and they said $495 all up and they were busy so i jus said okay ill ask around and get back to you mate.. and he jus said fit and supply the springs + the alignment = $495 never...

just supply and fit 4 king springs + wheel balance.. for $495
