just found small weeps on rear shocks so it looks like new ones, the shocks and springs are pedders sports lowered, have been on the car for 80,000, was looking at sachs, boge, possibly konis, will do fronts as well, will put new top mounts and bearings in even though did them 9 months ago...

while driving along there seems to be excessice movement of the gearstick (no not me changing gears...lol) had tyres rebalanced, wheel alignment, have just had a look under the car at the engine mounts, gearbox mount and donuts (cant get a good pic of donut) it has alot of crazy cracking all...

what is it with these plugs, it seems you have to change the red and yellow around on a lot of these (especially commodores) supposed to be plug and play if you go stereo (brand) to ISO to car (brand) have had to do it on VS, VZ not so plug and play especially if you are not great with doing...

looking at fitting oil cooler to VE SS (L98), trying to find a sandwich plate to suit, dose anyone know the thread size/type needed, there are some around with thermostats to allow oil to warm up before opening, or using an aeroflow adaptor on the side of the engine,

ok have added auto release using button inside glovebox to open hardlid (have single lock version) used solenoid from vz sedan, boot button, found pinout for button release activation, hooked all up and works perfectly (used relay to operate solenoid wasn't sure of bcm relay current rating) so...

,looking to connect a boot release solenoid on a hard lid, the solenoid is fron vz sedan,so need a pin out diagram for BCM on a ute
