Just wondering if there is a difference between the computer and loom used in a S1 or S2 VS manual. I am about to do a manual conversion on my VS1 with a T5 and would like to get a manual computer but can only find them for the VS2 with the getrag.

Well the chance has come up for me to get all the hardware i need for a manual conversion into my VS1 using a Vp a mate bought for the motor. Now the pedal box, bellhousing etc should bolt up fine as long as i get the flywheel ballanced to match the auto flexplate. Where im getting confused...

In all honesty removing the rear seat is the easiest and quickest way..... It isnt easy to remove a 6' speaker through a 5 1/2' hole... First time i replaced rear speakers i just pulled out the cover and did it that way.... took ages and was a real bitch.... second time i removed the rear seat...
