Hey guys, ended up getting tune at Hi-Torque done. Feels much better now much more repsonsive. Ended up putting out 231rwkw and retained the MAF. Probably look to get an OTR and then mafless tune it down the line somewhere but for now this is good. Cheers for all the help and info

Nah mate when i bought it off him he took the OTR and exhaust. The only thing he left was the headers and cats. The reason i went with the airhammer CAI is because ive heard and seen a few OTRS with leaves and water and gunk collect in them.

Cheers mate, ive currently got extractors --> hi flow cats --> dual 3inch catback and 2.5inch straight pipe at the rear with j bends but im looking to just dump the exhaust after the diff with 3inch dump pipes and leave the straight pipe on the rear for looks only. Anyone else out there?

Hi All, Just a general question. I was wondering what difference there is in a stock SSV Ute muffler and HSV Maloo muffler??? Do the HSV mufflers flow better and sound better? or are they basically the same thing? PS On a side note if anyone in Brisbane has a set of 3inch mufflers...

I got a twin 3inch hurricane setup on my VE SSV ute mate. I LOVE IT!!! Only difference is i have taken my rear mufflers off and chucked on straight pipe! Love the sound although its a bit loud and unrefined so will be chucking the rear mufflers back on.

Im either taking it power torque or getting it done by a VCM suite. Unless you can recommend any other good tuners??? Ive heard conflicting arguements about wether or not the tune would change the note...some people say yes some people say no...but thanks for the input guys...keep it coming
