Its very hard to find a person that has a broad knowledge that far apart.

Thats true, but its also because its not common to get such a broad range, need to be lucky with scenarios and experience.
Wont go into specifics, but Dual Trade (Elec & Instruments including specialist controls), Haz Areas, HV, Permits, Rigging/Cranes & Engineering Quals to name a few.
I remember doing Elec Eng stuff and the teacher said we are working with dangerous voltages being 24 and 41.5v (which was specifically done so it looked realistic on a meter), when asked what I did at work that day "Switching out and earthing/testing 66000v" made their jaw drop.

This is absolutely true. Never trust anyone unless you can prove it yourself.
Had guys I issued a permit to say they want to know its dead (11kv switchgear) before they touch it, so did the process and then proved I was willing to touch it myself. Made them happy and proved it was safe to touch.

Its much easier to simply scare the masses with elec being dangerous and get them not to touch it because too many are complete morons who will mess it up as you cannot see and most times not hear it either.
But then you get some of us who get taught to specificaly work live because you cannot turn things off, again, specialist training and all that to make it safe, completely different world.



To answer the linie/elec question. Often the linies will be up to the meter, also depends on what part of the Overhead crew they are in (ie metering or distro or transmission etc), then there is the Underground guys who will work up to the meter.
Some elecs will work on the Meters, often these are network/distribution ones.
Most will only ever work after the meter as its network property.

I will be testing my system out today (sat) and tomorrow (sun) .Today is Saturday and its 2.19PM I have my Main TV (since 8AM) on yes the hungry for power one + 4 monitors with 4 decoders and I'm Surprised as the TV with the Monitors with 4 decoders are not drawing current from the Batteries so all the load comes from the inverter from the Solar Panels Yes since 7AM when I had a look at the Panel I found the Solar Controller to be in the state of FLOAT (batteries fully Charged) . Now hours later it still in Float (2.25 PM) Its a very good Sunny day today. Yes the races are good to.

I added the forth battery to this cabinet yesterday. Today I will start fitting the OFF Grid RED double power points where I need them
In the next few weeks I will add the other batteries in the second cabinet.
The weekend test was 100% successful, I was very surprised that when I turned on the Hungry 85 inch tv (8am) with the Decoder then during the day I turned on other 3 monitors with 3 decoder I was surprised that we did not take a AMP from the 3 batteries (now I have 4 Batteries) so by this the Solar panels were suppling power to the controller then to the inverter that gave me 230VAC but when it come to 4 pm with less Sun the System switched to battery. Now on Sunday I started the the 85 inch telle at 7.45AM with its decoder and the state was in BULK (Charging the Batteries) then it went to float around 11.30AM and after this it floated all day until around 3.30 pm when it went back to BULK (using batteries) and kept the tv on to around 9PM.

The Photo below shows 4 Batteries in the Cabinet for the first time. (LID OFF) Look at the Star Point of connection, Its Very inportant to do this otherwise the batteries will become unbalanced. All I need to do is add some cable ties

All is 99% finished and working well. I had some trouble running a few cables (2.5MM Sq) down some intermediate walls a I struck two of them ( laundry , next to the washing machine) that needed a RED Power point and it was a head ache to get where the wire was needed. Some intermediate walls I had to drill noggins like 3 to get the power point where it was needed. Have run out of red power points but will buy 2 more tomorrow one as a spare and use the other for the second red power point that I might need in the Main TV room then I have more work to do in the Satellite area, Have a NEW Idea!!

I was speaking to Insurance investigator yesterday and he told me that most houses that have security cameras and burglar alarms and you get a discount for this if some one break in and steals $$$$$$$$ your not covered now because the even the dumb crooks know to turn off the Security and Alarm the crook (face covered) turn off the main switch from your house and if the meter box has a padlock (asked the Locksmith for our Electricity supplier, less than 5% get it) supplied by the Electricity Authority that you have to pay over $50 for it and if you have a padlock and to turn the power off for your house the scumbag finds a outside power point that 99% of new house have for pools, spar pumps, whipper snipers use, Solar Hot water lo- line series HWS or other the crooks the scumbags all they have to do is short the ACTIVE to Earth and your RCD , 99% houses have them (Residual Current Device) " eg Earth leakage Circuit Breaker" trips off and since over 80% dont have back up power via back up in the unit itself, a separate UPS, or off grid power supplies like I have that feed power to the security and the alarm you are STUFFED and most of the Insurance company will not pay. He told me "You are surprised how much money we are saving now (desperate time for them because of abundance of claims, flood, fire and other) and yes apparently most companies are in this scam to save money.
I forgot to ask him, if the company ask or written in there application for insurance "DO YOU HAVE A Security Alarm or cameras or other and you say "NO" but you have does your company have to pay for stuff stolen even you can see or not see how the maggots got in.? Honestly you save sweet fu.ck all when you say YES!

Well this morning I finished the last RED power point (Started on Saturday) which was in the Computer room and I had to do some modifying inside the Computer room and it took me 2 days to do it. Yes plenty of cable ties. Also I had to test all in that computer room as 5 computers and 4 of them Have Hungry GPU's eat power.

My New Dish (brand new from Taiwan in boxes) was delived by a truck yesterday so its dig a hole time so my self and my daughter has started the digging on Monday and we are about 1/3 down. After I get of this computer I will start by myself as the wife is worn out..

The Hole one third down two thirds to go.and after all is done and the dish is Working (About 3 to 4 weeks work) I will test it and ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Yes I will add a Garden around it so it looks good plus some white stones.

Took me 4 weeks to get this type of dish, Had to order it from Taiwan, and the Special FEED Comes from China to look at China LOL, yes it in peices.


The Hole is Finisher full of concrete + 80MM a Pole. Notice the pallet on the fence plus look left its a dummy dish made out of fence paling so I can measure the exact distances from the dis next to it. Job finished but the CAT had to sit on the wet concrete Gruggggggh
