Facing Issue while Trying to go into Engineering mode

Hey guys, hope you all doing well, so basically I have A WL SS And I’m trying to go into the Engineering mode I followed al the steps mentioned in the Other threads But it won’t go into the engineering mode, the Engine service Reminder beeps comes on, i know it’s the service one because my screen is fried I just wanted to check that my Cluster is telling me the accurate speed or not, or maybe i’m doing the steps wrong?

Get hold of a Scanner to reset the service reminder, and oil life.
and can indicate the current vehicle speed.
(well one that will have that option)
