did this long time ago, cut rear shields with tin snips (thought it was a bit close to tank for grinder) mine came with hoses so bolted straight up to the mount/hardpipe connection (yes there is a kink as mentioned), new bolts, bleed brakes etc, used disc's that came with and pads as they were fairly new, the discs were marked lhr, rhr etc, and the pads were still in caliper so easy as, if you want you can put new discs and pads on or at least new pads, i am about to order new pins and springs for mine (pads too) from Race Brakes
