Hid lights in vt???? Legal???

They are illegal as already said unless you have cleaning systems fitted and whatnot. Though saying that i have seen 2 VT's with them using monaro projectors and they had almost no glare, very impressive for a halogen projector.

Pretty sure even if you had the self leveling system and self cleaning system it will still be illegal unless you get it engineered, and even then haven't heard of anyone being able to do that.

Its not possible either way as the headlight housing was never designed for the focal point of a HID bulb, halogen and HID's are very different in design and focus points.

monaro projectors are the direction im looking at. but not going to be the cheapest way!

i was gonna get a hid kit, but im just gonna get some good bright bulbs in my altezza headlights. should do the trick
