What I was suggesting is something near 95% of your mate's corrected output NA using simply proven mods to turn the show pony into a unicorn - a daily drivable, long-lasting and efficient motorsport hero, like I imagine it could be:Funny you talk about meth injection, mate has done that to his VE II Redline with ported heads, in amongst other things (cam, supercharger etc) and he is dubious about the benefits of the injection. Yes it cools the intake and allows for some advanced timing but he isnt sold on it totally. Mind you he is showing 419rwkw and 1400 odd Nm of torque on the dyno. How happy is that dyno dont know but APS guys are pretty good..... His car has over 100K on the clock now and it still drives like new.
• Increase BMEP by raising geometric CR and managing DCR with CVVT
• Increase octane using high pressure water injection under load
• Increase fuel flow safely with an extra injector at high CFM
