I haven't got a video of it, ill see if i can do something on the weekend. I don't think mine is as loud as the one in this video, that's why i think this one has different rear mufflers.. it could be the tune or just the mufflers but it also sounds like this one has a little bit more chop to it than mine. I have all of the origional exhaust, so one day i might see if the bi modals will bolt up to the walkinshaw system, just to see what it sounds like...
My ute is a manual, yea i'm happy with it, I would say that down low it doesn't feel like it has much more than standard, but above 3500 rpm its a totally different car.
Thanks Scooter02
Videoing / uploading your rides idle would be great.
I have the same exhaust as you do. What I did to reduce exhaust noise, I install dynamat xtreme soundproofing in the boot and doors. It made a huge difference in the cabin.
Anyway how's the drivablity low down and mid range?
I'm looking forward to feeling that kick at 3500rpm

There's nothing wrong with your stock heads for the cam your suggesting given you want to retain bottom end power.

Forget about the CNC and leave the cash you'll save in your pocket until you decide you want a mid to big cam to brag about your highend horsepower output.
Thanks for the advice regarding CNC heads.
After all the comments about how good the LS3 heads are I would be silly not to listen to you.

maybe lifters, pushrods and balancer bolt
.

Thanks for the reply panhead
I wasn't going to replace the lifters because it requires taking the heads off and that's $2000 extra to do it.

Replacing the Pushrods now that sounds like a good idea.
Pushrod upgrade kit

Harmonic Balancer Bolt. I think it's included in the package but I will have to check.

Are you fitting a new powerbond balancer while its apart?
I wouldnt refit the stock holden balancer, they are really rubbish and wobbly and they fall apart.
From what ive seen most places doing ls3 cam swaps dont replace lifters.

those TR6 plugs should be around the $50 if that, also if push rods dont come in kit wait till u can measure to make sure, get an ARP balancer bolt also as u wont ever have to replace it again

Thanks 07GTS
My mechanic recommended to change the plugs from OME to the TR6. I will make sure that the Pushrods are in the VCM kit and I use a ARP balancer bolt.
