M80 diff, Changing Diff Flange, 3 Bolt to 4 Bolt

Try a vx - vz manual v8 diff.
They have that ratio 3.46.

I have a m80 that was built for me with the 4 bolt flange & is LSD.

I tried changing the flanges myself & stuffed up.
So, ordered what l wanted (3.46 with the 4 bolt flange).

I would if I could find one here in SA....doesn't even need to be LSD...

There's an LSD 3.46 in Ballarat

I have rung a couple of places locally, but need to put in a better effort

You sure do.....Plenty of Commodores in wreckers getting wrecked......

Won't go into the ones I see sitting in paddocks within an 2 hours of the CBD...

2 minute search shows this place I know reguarly wrecks V8's

yep, couple around Edinburgh (I work a fair bit in the area) and every time I have spoken to them they don't have the ratio I am after....go figure

U pull it, 2nd 4 and the one near Wooma Rd, Stebonheath Rd?

Then you have just commodore spares at Wingfield...Grand Junction Rd, near Gallipoli Dr....

Just Commodores has a lot of uncommon stock. I've bought through him before. UPI doesn't seem to carry much in the way of Commodores and possibly nothing in the way of an Adventra. I suspect the prices on some Commodores and the likes sell too high for UPI to buy anything which will fetch a few more dollars at auction. I've never seen anything Holden V8 come through on my emails.

Womma & Stebonheath and JCS....yep have tried with no luck

Adventra diff seems easy to get in 3.46:1....I just don't know how much work needed to convert it to fit on regular VY

No one seems to have a regular VY diff in 3.46:1 or 3.7:1 for a non obscene price
