mace throttle body controller

ive just installed a controller to my vz crewman 3.6 alloytec but get no response from the pedal when i plug in the diagnostic it is not registering the pedal also no fault codes mace supplied a replacement part but stilll same. i have removed the controller and put back to standard, now i have no throttle and 2 fault codes (P2122-00/P and P2127-00/P)
I need any help i can get
