304 need help with turbo/superchargers

Ok so iv got a 1995 vs senator (304) mostly stock and im thinking of going single/twin turbos maybe supercharger my goal is around 410hp i just need advice on what i should go and what price im looking at My brother has a vr v6 with a turbo but its all apart right now so he knows about that stuff but im looking for other advice.

Cost would depend mostly on quality of the parts used and your standard of the finished project.
How long is that piece of string?

I've never done a turbo v8 before but off the top of my head;

Turbos
Manifolds
Oil / water plumbing for turbo / mod sump for drain
Dump pipes / exhaust
Intercooler / pipework / airbox
Compressor by-pass valve / blow off valve
Boost control solenoid
Injectors
Fuel pump
Surge tank
Stand alone ECU / wiring
Tune for stock compression with E85 or low boost with 98 / rebuild with lower comp forged pistons

Pretty much $$$

Wow some one with a realistic budget. You could probably get 400+ N/A if you went a stroker. Pavtek are good.

Yeah i was thinking 383 but im not sure ill make up my mind soon.Im gonna call a few places and see what the cost are gonna be for all the stuff and will probably go with what they say will be the best but i wanna other peoples opinion aswell
