Aeroflow remote filter with thermostat.
Maxpeedingrods oil cooler.
Aeroflow hoses and fittings.

Did you make sure the oil pressure bypass spring and plunger were fitted when you put the new plate on?

Yes, spring in first, then plunger on top, with a little oil, checked that it can move back and forth.
BBG pressure adjustment screw is protruding about 5mm against the plunger

Wind it out 5mm (so it is flush as per the OEM setup ) and see what happens.

Ok, give me 30 to pull everything off.
The oil pressure sender sits above the screw.

I like the concept, he's definitely "borrowed" the idea from Intense performance in the US and added to it.

The only other thing I can think off is that you have the oil lines reversed somewhere.

Does his block have the OEM pressure bypass built in?

No pressure bypass.
My nerves are pretty shot so I'm really not certain I've got the lines around the right way but I've spent half a day staring at it and checking everything and I'm fairly certain I've got it the right way

Everything is too close together. Cant get the pressure screw out because of the pressure sensor.
Can't get the block off because of the pressure sensor. Can't get the pressure sensor off because of its self and the pressure screw.
