And I should also add a new squeaky noise came along yesterday on a long 650km drive, found that the passenger side sun visor vibrates against the roof which has a weird squeaking noise in it. Isn't it amazing what you can hear when you turn the stereo off!

Holden VE Rattly Door Fix

Ok, Check this out. I did this on mine, and for the last two days no rattles... I think its fixed it

Step 1: Remove door trim - https://forums.justcommodores.com.au/threads/how-remove-ve-door-trim-not-dial-up-friendly.139988
Step 2: Put masking tape along the red box area, where the trim touches the door
Step 3: Using Felt, or cotton cloth, put it around the clips which are in the blue boxes
Step 4: Also using felt, put it under the black strip to stop that also rattling
Step 5: Put it back together

This has stopped it for me, not sure which of the steps did it ;)

you should have changed the speakers (and maybe put some dynomat in there) while having the trim off.... that was the harder part!

Cheers ;)

Lets just wait and see

Also! For people with a sunroof, i have put cloth between the plastic panel where the opening wheel is, seems to have fixed the rattle there too!!
