honestly mate, if you cant afford an intercooler dont bother.
if you want it too sound like that do as i said.
no point pushing the t3 past 14-15psi
non intercooled i dont no, run the as least pso you can.
i doubt it will dose with no cooler
dont get nakkaz to rebuild it, i very much doubt he has the knowedge too rebuild nor the machines too, rebuilding turbos is not a back yard job, in most cases
anything from anything other then a vl t3 will be a smaller t3
as iv said twice now, get a standard vl t3. #### off the ebay ****.
get a cheap 2nd hand cooler kit
get a 3" exhaust, 2.5 will work but not as well.
and get some turbo injectors.
keep the boost low 6-8psi
it will dose, it will sound like mine did, it wont blow up or catch fire.
dont use rubber hose for oil/water fittings near the turbo it gets ####ing hot as.

why get a custom cross over??? please get on calaisturbo and read some of the FAQ's.

stop being a tight as buy the decent parts and do it right or dont bother, if you cant afford to do it properly dont do it at all.
