Did police attend? If so are they processing the truck driver for the dropping of the load?

Mate, with those photos you could work for our Major Collision Unit.

I'm guessing you cops don't pay much attention to the photos eh? The cops are in one of the shots ;) LOL Just stirring you up.

Good to see your still alive Troy.

and I'm sorry to say but I had to laugh at the photo of your ute with the guy standing behind wearing a Ford T-Shirt. I could've sworn I saw a smile on his face ;)

Damn, that looks like a very close call, different set of circumstances and it could have been alot nastier.

And yes, airbags do stink!

As everyones said though, glad no one was injured or anything... And shame about the ute, but good to hear it'll be repaired!

Those rims were relatively recently just put on weren't they? bugger!

Glad you're ok Troy but I noticed something else a bit concerning about those photos. Most of the front end damage was towards the passenger's side... but it looks like only the drivers' airbag went off - the passenger one didn't. The left side of the dash looks completely normal, whereas the remains of the drivers' airbag is clearly visible. Is it just me or is that a bit of a worry??
