Have you tried silicon spray on the threads?

No I haven't, but that's not really the problem. The thread pitch is different between the funnel kit's cap attachment and the actual motor's threads.

Any links. I made a funnel with the same hose connection as yours but it still leaks. It's not a tight seal. Do you have a link of the funnel you have that will fit a VZ inlet

Buy a new radiator cap, make a hole in the old cap to suit funnel. Problem solvered!

As I have put in the thread, you have to hold the one you make. You need some thick garden gloves to insulate from the heat.
