Startup Noise Problem with Holden VT Commodore V6 - 1999

so air bleed out and has been replaced. But still this noise is there. I am very surprised. Pretty much changed everything.

and the noise sounded like it was coming from alternator,tensioner area.whats the mark on ?for the belt.

check volts on battery and then press and hold mode and up start car then release them click mode button until you get to volts.

the car dash one should be 14.something and battery should be 12.something.

Have you considered a mechanics stethoscope to try and narrow it down?
