I could, but that makes me look bad for not thinking about this scenario and already having a plan in place. It may come down to the new boss rushing through a new contract to get the receptionist into casework role at short notice. It's not a quick thing though as HR need to do their bit and the boss needs to do his bit. I think this scenario though will provide weight to help get my idea from Friday over the line, which was to put our main receptionist on a different award.
When I hurt my back I still went to work as well, could have taken sick leave but needed to get stuff done. Boss cracked it that I went to the chiro a couple of times a week for about 3 weeks, had a go at me about it, I said I could stay home and not come in at all, what's worse, losing me for a couple of hours a week or a couple of weeks.
If you have to go to work, Voltaren Rapid 25 is a good anti inflammatory. Or you could step it up to Rapid 50.
