[QLD] Tinting tail lights illegal?

For the record Commodore Lights Direct state "For peace of mind their products are 100% ADR compliant (road Legal)".

I think most people think "tail lights tinted = pitch black"

Although I like some of them dark on dark coloured cars, I hate sitting behind someone with them as if you run up their ass.

That being said, 1 tiny shade of 'nightshade' with sanding and a polish on it looks awesome, has a dramatic change in appearance but is only slightly darker, and no change to the brightness of lights.
