You are right, I guess they are in business to make $ so it makes sense, simple and lots of power. My car is really a budget build, everything I can do or my mates, we do, some things you have to leave it to professionals :)

Could always go for a mongrel crossbreed bit of both. Heard about Holley Snipers?

Yes, to be honest I'm ve had many muscle cars for years, all running carbys, build and tuned we'll never had any issues.if the hasn't been started for a week no issue, pump the pedal and it starts straight away. I don't see a reason for it at the moment, I've had fully rebuild Rochester tuned for my setup, I'd it was ok and running on it since 1978 hehe I am ok with it

The panel shop went over the car, everything is ok but he didn't like the silicon my mate used, must have been some cheap **** so he said I cannot lay a paint until it is sorted, he will take the flares off and on and seal it with whatever he seems appropriate, yes a bit more $ but we have to get it right, no turning back now

Hehe that's what Painter guy said, he was like sorry this needs to be done again... Spoke to engine builder and told him that I need the engine done by the end of November. hopefully in December it is close to running
