ive just wired up my motor on the vc, has a blue 202 with tirmatic. everything is plugged in except one pink/tan wire that comes from the loom into the engine bay and is in the same plastic as the anti dieseling solenoid but i don't know where it actually connects up to. i know it is power for my dummy lights and fuel/temp gauge as i connected to the startermotor and all my warning lights lit up but stayed lit with the key out and ignition off. as soon as i dissconected nothing obviously but still have indicators and gauge illumination. any help would be appreciated

The only pink wire I spotted in the engine bay of my VC is a fairly thick wire (compared to the rest), which is the main power feed for the coil
