Ve commodore speedo not working

G'day all,

Has anyone got a solution to this issue ? I have had the same problems as above for 6 months. I have changed rear harness, speed sensors, battery. I have also had two sparkies go over it and could not find the issue either. I am nearly ready to give up on this.

I'm in a similar boat, ABS light on, check engine and dead Speedo.

I had a mechanic check the car out and he reckons it's the BCM and needs to be replaced. You'll need to get your part number from Holden by ringing them and supplying the VIN.

If you can find the same BCM on eBay, some places will preflash or just buy it and have an auto electrician flash your BCM to your vin, otherwise anti theft won't work and you won't be about to start it.

I'm in the process of doing it, so I'll let you know how it goes if you still want to know.
