Ve ssv ute running rough, misfire flat spots

Replaced the ignition module and coils.. Did f.... All! Since I've been running e85, when I take off it has a little miss, when I run ultimate, it runs smoothly. But on both fuels it idles a little bit rough.. I'm starting to think its my injectors?.. Maybe I should get them cleaned? Or faulty pcv valve Who knows argh!!
