Hi All,
Has anyone solved or figured out a reasonable fix for water ingress from windscreen into the engine bay in the VEs? I have a 2010 series 2 SV6 which lets a torrential flow of water under/through the cowling and rubber seal/s into the engine bay on the drivers side, it pours straight onto a vertical electrical connector. Happy to buy something or pay someone who can fix this up, but quite concerned it will start to do damage to electricals etc after not too long.
Have had a look around and heard that it's a semi common problem, per this thread (but it's been 12 years since then!): http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/showthread.php?142473-VE-Firewall-Waterfall/page6
Thanks
