you might need to undo the right arm and move it up one or two notches so it is above the left arm when the go to wipe.
MY ones line up next to each other. in line directly. Which sounds like a bent arm

VF SV6 wipers:
Left 65cm, right 49cm.

Check also your windscreen is scrupulously clean, wet a CHUX wipe and scrub with metho. The blades in your vid appear to be dragging under stress - bent arms (?) , and that would strain the motor.
As per the picture below, mine are in line with eachother. looks like the arms may be bent as the longer wiper is not above the short wiper causing it to clip.

I have done even machine polished the windscreen. Its clean

Have you owned the car from new?

If not someone may have removed the wipers and not put them back on correctly or like someone else mentioned they might not have been put on correctly at the factory.

These are how my ones are. I would say the larger one is off.

Is it me, or are the arms nearest the wiper blades bent down (blue photo), seemingly to exert more pressure? They definitely should not be bent, anywhere.

it does look like your passenger one is sitting higher than the drivers one in your picture.

it is probably 1 notch out on the spline and comparing it to panheads picture the passenger one looks to be the one that is out of alignment as your one seems to rest higher than his in the pictures or your front window has been changed and the black border of the window is different.

if the window has been changed maybe the guys that changed it took them off and did not put them back on properly.

If it's under warranty just take it to Holden....
It's their job to figure it out...not yours
