Ended up using three 90 deg bends and three different lengths of 25mm ID radiator hose. I am very pleased with the outcome. I did lots of trial and error though, I enjoy mucking around and doing things myself.

Remsa pads still had 7-8mm left after 20 000km

Yeah. Same wheels. I have a new set of Redline wheels ready to go.
