I bought the bash plate from Commodore Wrecking on ebay (https://www.ebay.com.au/str/commodorewrecking) but looks like they are all gone, sorry.

I think the wreckers would be the only way to source one. As long as it's in pretty good condition without damage, it can be re-painted, etc. to look much better. Were they standard on certain models or always an option?

The heavy gauge bash plate is a police pack special, but every VX should have a thin galvanised steel air deflector attached the subframe.
