Good choice on the rims, I decided same. You should notice the handling difference with good rubber.
With the $1000 from sale of previous set I’d definitely do as @Daniel Souza suggested and invest in EFIlive FlashScan V2 and wideband controller.

Met up with the seller today and swaped the tyre withor standard (non rft) RE050A.
One is w speed rating and the other y speed rating but all other specs are the same. Time to fit these in next few days...

That's a bit odd re the speed ratings hey? Good you were able to swap.
PS: Has anyone ever told you you look like Will Ferrel?

Anyone interested in black edition wheels. Immaculate... done 16 000. Factory Bridgestone with approx 60-70% thread ? In Sydney. Will take $ 1000 or VERY near offer :)

Hey Ron. Did you manage to sell these already?

I just had my SS detailed and all dents rectified - she's looking as good as I can remember. I also went over the warranty - 100,000km.

I'm looking around for some new rims as the stock ones have always not appealed to me. Based on other responses here, I should be booking in for a OTR CAI + tune, so will line that up as well.

After that, maybe a blackout kit if I end up with black rims. I do prefer the traditional silver look though on an SS where there are less black details to tie it in.

Looking for $1000 but did not list them for sale anywhere yet...
They are immaculate...not a scratch on them.
Tyres are factory Potenzas done 16 000 with at least 60-70% thread left. These normally last up t0 40000-50000 km depending on how hard you drive the car.
They are now wrapped in plastic and stored.
I am around Hurstville area
