It's more the fact that the original post made little to no sense and was having a dig at v8 drivers for whatever reason. Things can be very easily lost in translation and can be misconstrued - but essentially you need to understand the importance of proper sentence structure and use of punctuation.

On the topic of VE Drivers, heres a thread from a few years back.

I get it. Clearly aimed at we gerro's on the forum who have passed half a ton in years, moved on from needing or wanting a V8, (or anything with more power than a Morris Minor), and have trouble interpreting the operating instructions for a TV set.

When I was his age, I had a Billy cart which I'd fitted with an exhaust pipe. It was **** hot, too.

Wish I had thought of that …… what diameter? Noise …… Yank V8? Oz 6? Pommie 4? or Norton/BSA bike?
(and I think the 2 young lovers are watching porn, and reminiscing )

Half inch o/d copper knocked off from spare pipes dad had stored under the house. Depending on how good my voice imitations were, it could be 4, 6 or 8, but without doubt, the best was a WANKel.
