Anyone know how to convert to the stock wiring? i mean disconnecting the amps, rca leads etc and running the speakers through the headunit (but not through amp) I tried to connect the stock wire to the speakers but not sound was coming out. I have a VR commordore, anyone know how do it? Thanks

i used to have a clarion cd player, it had a button on the right hand side of the deck sub control for easy access to the sub volume instead of having to go through the menu and turning the sub volume down. I think thats what he means. Pretty sure all the latest clarion cd players have this...

when i had my 6x9" installed in my VR, the installers had to cut the original 6" metal bit which the stock 6" screwed into so it could fit in properly and also had to cut the parcel shelf.
