on my vt i ust jacked the car up and pulled the washer motor out from underneath the car there was no need to take the battery out , i then pulled the grommet out and that was blocked once cleaned it worked like new , 5 min fix

you can also coax air out of the system by squeezing the top radiator hose while filling radiator to the top with engine running also you can try filling the overflow bottle right up , then place your hand over the filler neck , squeeze hose and you should hear the bubbles in the over flow...

well i had a big victory today in desperation i changed the plug leads , even though the other ones were near new it appears that two leads were arcing out on each other just under the alternator now the miss has gone , all i have to do is find out why the air bag light came on once...

i checked the loom it all seems to be ok is there any other temp sensors apart from the one near the thermostat housing

sounds like mine it was an air lock in my case i removed it by squeezing the top radiator hose , until bubbles came out the filler neck top up the radiator , as you let the hose go ian

try pulling the spark plugs out and see if it cranks over coz if it has a blown head gasket it may be hydraulicing
