2007 VE Commodore BCM not communicating

Hi guys, just received the BCM of the wreckers today. So i thought i would give it ago, plugged it in and used my Autel maxisys ( Went to program key to bcm) so went successful, started the car no more contact X dealer etc)

Windows, lights, keys worked fine. Turned the car for a while and now it starts but turns off instantly.

There is a bunch of modules not being activated. The harness needs to be investigated.
