Sorry. Know this is an old thread, but am wanting to the same. Just looking at the diagram that rcsv6 posted, could you plumb straight from the catch can to the plenum, or do you have to go through the factory pipes?
Aslong as you keep the pcv valve it would be alright but harder.

Thanks for the answer. Can you show me how to remove the pcv valve.

On my LFX VF My Catch can basically has 2 pipes that go into it and then one pipe goes to atmosphere. The little hole above the manifold (I think pcv valve) has been blocked off, so nothing goes in there. What diagram is this and why has this been done so? I’ve seen catchcans but the PCV valve isn’t blocked off like mine…
Cheers

1. The PCV can’t be blocked off.
2. It’s illegal to vent any part of the system to atmosphere.
3. It’s completely unnecessary to vent it to atmosphere.

Yeah was actually just thinking that through. Wouldn't have thought the catch can would be doing anything if the PVC was blocked. The can is supposed to 'catch' the oil that's left in the vapour so it doesn't cycle through the system.
And yes, venting to the atmosphere on road cars is illegal. Big fines if the cops find it.
