Anyones aircon shutoff for no reason?

Me too, mostly on 35+ days, so very often in perth. mine shuts down completely & after 2-3 mins it kicks back in. Id say its the evaporator frosting up as 'azss' said.

mine did it once on a really hot day, the holden dealer tech bloke said just give the console a whack, that should fix it. I **** you not....

Mmmmmmmm........ i guess while they're young ya can whack 'em, steer 'em in the right direction, mind ya only on the dash thought, but once they get older, whacking not going to do much i don't think!!!!
