it is the simple fact that you know you expressed yourself wrong and are not able to accept the fact that a b code does not mean faulty bcm.

you do not seem to understand that the bcm will issue codes for modules attached to it including the ecu, if the bcm has a mismatch with the ecu it will issue a b code from the bcm because the bcm detected an issue with the ecu.

Yes I do understand and gave a detailed response to that and said yes the BCM will give out errors for other modules attached to it and every error the BCM gives out can be identified by the fact it starts with a B B=Body
The BCM can do other codes just like the ECU but the ECU does not do B codes.
Now Nev has stated that the ECU can give out B errors and NO it can't. as it does not have any B codes in it to throw.
Yes a faulty ECU or ECU with the wrong VIN will make the BCM throw a code but it will be a B code

that is literally what i said to you multiple times so why are you telling me what i told you after you told me i was wrong lol

just drop it mate because it is starting to descend into garbage and none of it helps the op, the guy has no tools to diagnose or program so the best he can do is visit someone that does have the tools.

if his bcm is dead then its going to be a bit of a costly fix, lets just hope it is something as simple as a dodgy battery.

I will ask to have my membership deleted and I will leave forever.

Not dropping anything. Been called a DH and now want proof and it should be simple to get the proof based on Nev's reputation and telling me how experienced he is.
He really should have had the proof up an hour ago but sadly I fear he can't find it.
Shame really because I was looking forward to seeing it.
