Just bought a 2016 Calais wagon

Hi all, I today picked up a 2016 Calais wagon.
123,000kms.
Excellent condition visually.

I drove 3 hours to get home, and at idle it has a small engine tick. What could this be and should I be worried?

Also, it was a country car so the engine bay is very, very, very dusty.
How best do I clean this up? All I have is air compressor, and garden blower.

The cabin is also a bit dirty from dust. The roof lining definitely needs a clean. Basically all the cabin needs a clean.
How best do I clean the roof liner? Should I hire one of those wet vac things from Bunnings and give it a going over?
Obviously I wouldn't run that over the leather seats.

Could be any number of things mate like exhaust leak, injector tick, valve train noise etc just to name a couple

Ask around on this forum and find a good mechanic in your area. Get them to do a mechanical inspection and to change all fluids/ filters. That should give you clarity on the issue(s) if any. Plus you can also rest assured about the general health of your car.

Somebody suggested the PCV valve may need to be replaced. Any comment on that?

No as Holden revised that part and made the holes bigger in it compared to VE
