Are the dials white face from factory ?

Perhaps a previous owner has had them refaced with parts from the UK.

I just had a look on marketplace, they are white like this one. Just don't have the mph. I'm more concerned about the km's are correct haha. In saying that, The vehicle itself is clean asf.

Check it against a GPS speedo app ?

the speedos are pretty safe as in if the pointer sits on zero when stopped then it will be correct with the km driven, if there is any error because of mods like diff/tires ect then both will be related so if u fix the speed the km will also fix

yea the odometer is not independent to the pointer, if pointer reads true then so does the odo, just looked at the pic of your cluster and if the mph is larger then the odo is prob in mph but u want it in kph for AUS so should be programmable, or im not sure if there was a way in the buttons to do it ?

Our Mini's odometer is in miles.

Zoom into the left hand side of the screen.

But it was a private import from the UK before we bought it.

easy test is (if u can do it safely and stay at speed) drive at 60kph and time how long it takes to do 1km should be 1 min if odo is in km, or if u go 60mph u will do 1 mile in 1 min showing odo is in miles

That would be correct, i'm concerned about the km/s matching with the car as its most likely had a cluster swap...
