304 oil pressure. whats a normal pressure?

because its the ****!!
its a mineral oil with added zinc....all the good **** that other oils are missing

Hi all. im currently running 4.11 diff gears and on long drives im worried i might be getting high oil pressures from sitting on about 2500rpm at 100kph.. whats a normal reading for a v8efi at start up? and whats a normal reading at hot?? i have a gauge jus need some guidelines.. and will a higher performance oil work better for this set up? any recomendations?
