Rarest Holdens, special editions etc

Well I haven't been driving for as long as allot of you guys but dad is an FX - FJ nut and we sold our old original grey motor 3 on the tree FX for about $2000 about 20 years ago. Was in great condition and worth at least 10X that now I reckon. He has a nice FJ now though it's just in allot of pieces haha. We will have to start working on it soon (we say every year)

One thing I do regret though.. about 10 years ago when I just had my licence back I saw a nice hq station wagon with a 253 and a 4 speed for sale on the side of the road for $2100. I payed the same for my VP instead. Shoulda grabbed that.

A bloke was giving away a complete HR shell from the firewall back recently on Gumtree. it was rusty but had all panels. I was very tempted but realistically, dont have the time or inclination any more.

My second car was a HT gts monaro, the 186s one , 4 speed , can't remember colour it was either Daytona bronze or sebling orange. Didn't own it that long, bought and sold for $1200 and all I have is memories.
