G’day everyone.
I’ve recently picked up a 04 VY SS Ute and I am working through a few of its issues to get it back on the road.
The problem I am having - Hazard lights don’t work… when the hazard switch is on, I can hear a relay clicking from where I believe to be inside the bcm, however the indicators on the dash don’t light up nor do the external indicators. The fuse and relay are ok and the switch is working.
The indicators work as they should. I’m thinking it may be a burnt out contact on the relay inside the bcm but I would like some second opinions before I start pulling the BCM apart..
Another thing to not is the indicators do not flash when locking/unlocking the car.
