Back to the purge valve. I posted recently my ve was running rough, has ticking noise but also really poor acceleration. One fella said change purge valve which i plan to. Took it off for a look and could blow through both ways . No code’s coming up but there just a good loss of power
That shouldn’t be able to be blown through easily.
Yeh ok. I have ordered a new one anyway. Ive got to find why the car has power issues. Has sports exhaust as well and get beat off the line by most cars unless im revving it out hard

I'm getting that clicking sound on evap purge solenoid,
Clicking sound/feeling at hose from solenoid to tb,
I've just taken the solenoid out now,
When I blow into it it's not blowing out air,
Should I still replace it?
Engine has started clicking and not a great idle, even though the revs normall sit at 600rpm when warm,
Mine is doing the same did you manage to figure it out?

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
To remove, push into the solenoid. Squeeze the tabs in on the connector and pull off. Easy.
