Heya my partners car misfires and struggles to accelerate when accelerating up to speed taken Holden they said just need throttle body clean and carbon clean $320 later hasn't done a thing any ideas?

Clean the maf sensor unit to start with, go and buy a can of cleaner from a auto shop the same as you should have done for the throttle body and do it yourself.

Yeh just cleaned the maf made no difference at all is hard cause the code coming up just says misfire no specifics and ideas on what else could be?

Wasn't aware of the codes.
Mine did the same, showed misfire and traction control fault as well, turned out to be bad cells in battery.
You could try to fully charge your battery take it for a drive and see if that makes a difference. 
How many ks does it have and when did it start happening after sitting a while, after putting it new fuel, there are literally heaps of things that can cause a misfire and without proper diagnostics it a matter of trial and error to rule it out.

Start with the usual suspects, spark plugs, coils, injectors, loose connections, bad fuel.

All sorted is two coils so replacing the lot and spark plugs Holden are absolutely useless I said that to them and they said no it wasn't them foolish me believed them so went back yesterday they said oh needs a full rebuild so I went elsewhere 45 mins later new what problem was thanks anyways guys defs never going back Holden
