aaron, you are probably right. I must be the only one on here who is concerned with the power output.
And yes, my GTS will never be as good as the VF GTS. I wouldnt expect it to be, and I never said it would be.
And yes, mines sure ugly :smoking:

All you were concerned about was the power output. Your VE has nothing on the technology the VF has, and will look ugly when parked next to one.

Park a ve next to a vf and il take a ve on looks mate!

If I throw $10,000 at my current GTS, I will have 430+KW. Cheaper than a new one :smoking:
You may get the power, even then 10G doesn't go far, but you won't have 8 radiators cooling everything that gets hot, nor will you have the stronger gearbox or the 9.9inch diff and strengthened shafts.

Lets face it, you can throw as much money at anything and get all the power you want, but you don't get the technological advances of the new car, so is it worth it?

Your either in the market to buy one or your not.....

Marc, This could be said about every modified car around. People do cars up because they want something different.
I have just fitted a GEN111 into a 1978 Chev pickup. Why?, because I like that model truck, and by giving it a later engine, I have easy starting, good fuel economy, and reliable power. Makes it a great driver IMHO.
Yes, I could have bought a later truck with more gizmos, but thats not what I wanted.

And your last line was a bit stupid. Are you saying that we cant comment unless we are going to buy one? Be a boring forum real quick.

8 isn't anything to get excited about on a boosted car. Mine has 6, it's hardly a selling point or means anything.
