Performance wise, on the street, I doubt there’d be a big difference compared to the cop brakes but the aesthetics would be much much improved

Cant wait to here your view Ron :)

Did not need anything better than what I have now. Doing it mainly for how they look.

I actually put new DBA T3 rotors and Remsa pads in Feb and did like 2000km on factory brakes...
Will sell them when they come off.
Someone will score a bargain. I spent 1k on rotors, pads and bolts...

Forgot an important update...

In the process of dremeling the dust shield WITHOUT safety glassess I ended up with a piece of metal in my eyeball ! Ouch

It is now removed, but have small tear and annoying as hell...

Gotta lubricate the eye every hour and put some antibiotic drops as the particle started rusting because I ignored it for 2 days LOL

******* brakes nearly cost me an eye :)

I did the same thing over 40 years ago. I still have the scar.

At metal workshop in tech school, I also got iron filing into my eye. Was blindfolded and taken to hospital but still felt like someone was cutting my eye every time I heard a sound (yes even blindfolded your eyes move towards sounds). As is, the eyes have good oxygenation so metal filings rust really quickly and makes for the doc having to dig a bigger hole to get all the crap out  well that’s what I was told back then o_O

Anyway, hope you quickly heal well and can enjoy your new brakes without too much ribbing

You could get some wheel center caps with eyeballs on then rather than the lion :p too soon maybe
