Vl turbo won't rev past 4000-4500rpm

Can the crank angle sensor or chopper wheel be installed upside down? Looks like it would only go one way to me , but I've only had a quick look at it

Yeah mate, got car back from tuners today. Made a massive 270hp . problem was the rev limiter in ecu wasn't saving on anything other then 4500rpm on one of the settings. Changed setting and was able to adjust the rev limit up to 6200rpm
