Have had ongoing issues with my vx not starting. Have tried the following but still having issues:
- Replaced CAS as originally had code and no spark. Have spark now but still no start.
- Swapped DFI Module and coils with spares
- Replaced fuel injectors and pressure regulator
- Replaced plugs and leads (Due for replacement anyway)
I seem to have pressure from fuel pump and immobiliser light turns off.

Any ideas on what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tired the spare key? Mine stopped starting regulalry. Worked out the battery in the key fob needed to be replaced. Car started okay with the spare key.

Yes, have tried the spare key, unfortunately it doesn't make any difference.

As stupid was this is going to sound, did you plug in the new cas?

What else was changed after the last time it started? Check those items first.

Are there any more codes logged?

Yes, I definitely plugged in the new cas, I previously had no spark, getting spark now. I couldn't get it to start after swapping cas so I tried the plugs, injectors, DFI etc. I tested fuel pressure last night and it seems to be fine (50psi).

Used a noid light to check and I am getting pulses. Used a DMM to back probe the injector plugs and I am getting a max voltage of around 7 volts when cranking - not sure if the multimeter can read the pulses correctly though?

one side of injector should be 12v, other side pulsed which a digital meter will read a lower voltage
what does your battery drop to when cranking

Ok, injectors are reading around 12.3v with ignition on. Battery is at 12.5v and drops to 10.3v while cranking.
